MIA Teknoloji Public Offering Book-building Date Announced
In the public offering of 12.500.000 TL nominal shares, corresponding to 32.89% shares of MIA Teknoloji Inc., with a fixed price of 15.80 TL; In the Stock Exchange Primary market, bookbuilding will take place on 15-16 November 2021, between 10.30 – 13.00. Investors will be able to enter requests through all banks and intermediary institutions, and the distribution will be made by Borsa Istanbul on Tuesday, November 16, after 18:15, with a fully equal distribution method.
